Here are a few questions to be pursued:
- How many square feet are in the structures?
- How many parking spots are currently available?
- How much could parking revenue help fund a “Commons” space for the public?
- Could and should parking be increased to generate more revenue?

The cost of utilities is also useful information. I think rents could fund the operating costs as long as you did not make the space so fancy artists could not afford to pay the rent. The city website indicates part or all of the roof was replaced in the last couple of years.
